eLearning Doesn’t Have to Fall Flat!

“This site is dedicated all things Design4Training, specifically how rich media can help to create effective self-paced performance changing experiences for learners. I have been using media to support eLearning for over 20 years, and I believe this could be the most exciting time ever to realize the benefits of great self-paced learning. Come join me as we take a look at the way eLearning is evolving, and how adult learning theory and best practice will continue to live alongside modern technology and artificial intelligence.

Below are some of the roles I have had the privilege to serve in for Fortune 50 companies as we partnered on our journeys:


  • Learning and Development Leader – Built learning programs for new hire onboarding, role based blended curriculums, updates and maintenance.
  • HR Consultant – Served on corporate training councils with HR and executive management for selecting LMS platforms and aligning technology, tools and platforms to L&D’s specific needs.
  • Peer Mentor – Chaired Tools and Technology committees responsible for testing, implementing, documenting, and cross training peers on new instructional design software and methods.
  • Documentation Writer – Wrote workflows for procedural job role and systems step procedures.
  • Designer / Developer – Designed and developed experiential eLearning courses using Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud, Captivate, Articulate and Camtasia for complex systems training, Quality, Compliance, Customer Service, SAAS and Sales Enablement teams.
  • Multimedia Developer – Created microlearning videos with Camtasia, Snag-It, Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro. Performed voiceover using Adobe Audition and Audacity.
  • Agile Project Manager – Provided agile project management for multiple concurrent projects including risk communication, resource allocation and dashboard reporting. Experienced in Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Excel, Slack and Miro.
  • SharePoint Administrator – Managed SharePoint libraries of systems step procedures and job aids.
  • LMS Administrator – Super Administrator for Cornerstone on Demand, One Learn and Mindtickle.
